This 56 000m² office development, designed as two independent office towers, is situated on a prime waterfront site in Victoria Island. The development addresses a chronic undersupply of A-grade office space for multinationals and large local corporates in Lagos.

Melrose Arch is a premium mixed-use precinct in a secure gated estate. The 315 000m² development includes 2x hotels, as well as commercial, retail and residential space all built over a super-basement accommodating 10,000 vehicles.

Icon House, recently renamed Stanbic Heights, is an A-grade mixed-use development in a prime location in the Airport City precinct in Accra, Ghana. It will serve as the new headquarters for Stanbic Ghana. This development addresses the undersupply of quality office and mixed use developments.

This development entailed converting two buildings – one to residential apartments and one to a commercial and retail space. The buildings are located adjacent to a successful shopping mall and established commercial area. The development met a significant demand in the market in a profitable and low risk manner.

This historic industrial building was redeveloped into a dedicated inbound call centre for a JSE-listed tenant. Periphery ground level buildings were retained to accommodate small retail and commercial sites.

This 40 hectare estate is home to about 300 families. It was designed to accommodate both the residents and the natural wildlife, and offers common infrastructure services, including an entertainment clubhouse and a gym.

Our corporate advisory services included preparing the due diligence and business case, and addressing the relevant economic, commercial, tax, regulatory and legal items required for the fund’s establishment. We assessed various fund structures to minimise overall risk and ensure the fund’s strategic and investment objectives. Assisted in the establishment and incorporation of these funds.
